What You’ll Do
* Welcome patients and ensure their details are accurately recorded
* Coordinate appointments, referrals, and follow-ups with care and precision
* Manage billing and correspondence with professionalism
* Support doctors’ clinics and maintain accurate records
* Be a reliable and friendly voice on the phone, helping patients feel supported

* Strong communication skills and a keen eye for detail
* Previous experience in medical reception or administration (Genie/Gentu knowledge a plus)
