Workplace Ambassador
This role involves delivering exceptional client experiences and providing a range of workplace-related services. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for employees, welcoming them with genuine hospitality and thoughtful services.
* The Workplace Ambassador will build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, responding to feedback and assisting in the coordination of office premises.
* They will ensure adherence to workplace guidelines, creating a safe, welcoming, and productive environment.
* The role requires flexibility and availability to cover conference centre floors during high volume workloads.
* Additionally, the Workplace Ambassador will provide guidance on navigating self-service functions for technical support and maintain meeting room floors in a pristine condition.
* They will also identify opportunities to expand service offerings and manage the mailroom and administration logistics.
The ideal candidate will possess well-developed interpersonal skills, time management, and project management abilities. They should have prior experience in hospitality or hotel management, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
