About the role
Harli and Harpa is seeking an experienced Flagship Store Manager to join our dynamic retail team. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading and motivating our team to deliver an exceptional customer experience and drive sales performance. This is a full-time position based in Canberra.

* Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring efficient and effective management of team, inventory, and budgets
* Provide inspirational leadership to your team, fostering a positive and productive work environment
* Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, improve customer satisfaction, and drive store profitability
* You're a passionate people leader that loves developing a team with a hands-on approach
* You have a LOVE for jewellery and have a keen eye for styling
* You pride yourself on delivering amazing customer experiences always
* You're looking for your next step in retail and have a keen desire for development
* You have a strong business and financial acumen to continuously drive sales and obsess about constant improvement across all parts of the business (budget + KPI's + wages + shrink)

* Collaborate with the regional management team to identify and implement best practices
What we're looking for
* Minimum 1-3 years of experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager in the retail industry
* Proven track record of driving sales, improving operational efficiency, and delivering exceptional customer service
* Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with both customers and colleagues
* Proficient in using retail management software and data analysis tools
* Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Passion for the retail industry and a commitment to providing a positive customer experience
