Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical leadership in the service
- Develop and implement care plans tailored to each resident's needs
- Collaborate with medical and allied health professionals to advocate for clients' quality of life
- Supervise and support Personal Care Workers
- Practice holistic care using critical decision-making skills
Requirements
We are looking for a qualified Registered Nurse with experience in aged or community care. You will have strong clinical assessment skills and be able to take the lead in providing clinical services.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous registered nursing experience in aged or community care
- Current AHPRA registration
- Strong clinical assessment skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
