Visitor Services Officer
We are seeking a collaborative and customer-focused Visitor Services Officer to join our team. As a leading NSW Government agency, we are committed to creating a living future for the past, allowing visitors to experience Sydney's history as if they had lived it themselves.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the front-of-house services and teams in delivering optimum customer experiences across City Museums/House Museums Portfolio sites.
* Collaborate with colleagues to achieve business objectives and contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.
* Develop initiatives to enhance visitor engagement and satisfaction.
* Provide excellent customer service, responding promptly to visitor inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
Essential Requirements:
* Extensive experience in busy customer service roles.
* Current first aid certificate.
* Current NSW Working With Children Check.
* Possession of a valid NSW driving licence.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Working Arrangements:
* This role will work across the Sydney area and may involve weekend and after-hours work to support museums operations and special events as required.
