Your work will be purposeful, and you will play an important role in helping the business achieve some exciting goals.In this role you will be responsible for managing direct sales to customers across the assigned territory, and/or where applicable, manage representative agencies. You will uncover potential projects and provide our customers with the best possible market solutions.Here's a sneak peek into some of what you will be doing:Maintain and foster close relationships with customers and majorkey accounts,and actas TOMRA ambassadorFollow up on all customer questions regarding their products andsupport issuesBe technically proficient with all products sold (combined portfolio)Maintain a robust sale-pipelineDrive growth in profitability, revenue, and market shareVisit customer sites to observe equipment performance and discusstechnologiesRepresent and assistplanning and preparing for trade shows andcompany-eventsEnsure the accuracy and timeliness of CRM system recordsQualificationsAbout you:5+ years of sales experience in a B2B environmentExperience in selling (large) capital equipmentExperience in selling long project sales cyclesExperience with capital goods and food industry are a big plusResult oriented and eager to learn by listening to market needsDemonstrateseffective written and verbalcommunication both with internal and external customers, and confident and effective when presentingEnsures quality of work is always structuredand adheres to company standards; demonstrates high levels ofaccuracy and thoroughnessDemonstrates persistence and overcomesobstacles wellAsks questions to discover our client businessneeds and subsequently presents solutions to meet our customerobjectives; Result oriented and eager to learn by listening to marketneedsBe a Team-player, ensure cross-divisional collaboration; apply RACI,escalate timely, follow-on agreed ownershipAdditional InformationThis is a hybrid-based position in Melbourne, Victoria.
