About your opportunity:
In this position you will...
* Provide high level dietetic and diabetes assessment, consultation, therapeutic intervention and discharge planning for diabetes patients.
* Demonstrate a high level of understanding of the environment in which clinical decisions are made to influence health outcomes and ensure that service initiatives are integrated into clinical practice, work unit guidelines and service procedures.
* Lead quality improvement activities within the work unit, as well as activities that contribute to dietetic and diabetes services and professional standards within the broader hospital and health service.
