Position Overview:
We are looking for a capable and organised Marketing Coordinator to join our Burleigh Heads team. This is a part-time role (pro rata salary), offering the flexibility to work 22.5 hours per week – ideally 4.5 hours per day across 5 days. It is perfect for someone with proven experience in digital marketing who can hit the ground running and keep our brand, campaigns and online experiences moving smoothly.
You will support the day-to-day execution of campaigns, manage digital updates, assist with email and SMS builds, load Meta ads, update Shopify and help keep the team and calendar on track. Key Responsibilities
Brand Execution and Growth
Support the end-to-end rollout of campaigns across digital, email, packaging and retail touchpoints
Coordinate seasonal promotions, collaborations and in-person brand events
Assist with the planning, coordination and execution of new product and brand launches
Ensure campaign timelines, deliverables and assets stay organised and on track
Handle campaign asset swaps, launch-day updates and pre-launch checks
2-3 years of marketing experience required for this role
Australian work rights are required for this position
Digital Marketing and eComm
Load Meta ads and assist with writing short ad copy
Basic familiarity with Meta Ads is required
Build and schedule EDMs in Klaviyo using designs provided
Basic familiarity with Klaviyo is required
Set up, test and quality check SMS campaigns
Maintain Shopify updates including product changes, campaign assets, pricing and site content
Basic familiarity with Shopify is required
Perform digital updates and small web tasks as needed to support launches and campaigns
Creator, Influencer and Partner Support
Assist with product prep for gifting, activations and creator deliveries
Support coordination of UGC organisation for internal use
Help with logistics for brand events, shoots and in-person activations
Collaborate with Social, Content & Affiliate Lead to execute social content where needed
Relationship building and management with creators, influencers and partners
Operational and Administrative Support
Pull and compile weekly and monthly performance data across Shopify, Klaviyo and Paid Channels
Maintain an organised system for reporting, dates and campaign milestones
Assist with scheduling, planning and internal coordination
Support logistics, product prep and stock requirements for events and shoots
Prepare materials for retail and wholesale partners when needed
About You
You are someone who enjoys process, organisation and solving problems quickly. You are confident working inside marketing tools and can manage multiple moving parts without missing a detail.
You will thrive in this role if you have:
2+ years experience in digital marketing, e-commerce or campaign coordination
Understanding of Shopify, Klaviyo and Meta Ads Manager
Experience writing on-brand copy for email, organic and paid channels
Excellent attention to detail
Strong time management skills and ability to prioritise
Confidence working in a fast-growing brand environment
