Customer Service Representative
This is a fast-paced role where no two days are the same.
You will be trained in all aspects of the job, including delivering exceptional customer service, preparing the clinic for clients, processing hearing aid orders and invoices, connecting Bluetooth devices, performing general administrative tasks, and assisting with client device management.
We need someone who is bubbly and enthusiastic, quick to learn, and organized and proactive.
* The ideal candidate will have previous Medical Administration or Allied Health Administration experience, but training will also be provided in minor hearing aid repairs and maintenance.
* The successful applicant will work in a dynamic and friendly team where they can make a real difference in people's lives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver exceptional customer service over the phone and face-to-face.
* Prepare the clinic for clients, ensuring everything is ready to provide seamless care.
* Process hearing aid orders and invoices.
* Connect Bluetooth devices for clients.
* Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, cleaning, and assisting with private health rebates and insurance claims.
* Assist with client device management, including insertion, cleaning, and basic hearing aid maintenance.
