AHA1 and AHA2 roles:
*This role attracts a fixed allowance that ensures a minimum salary equivalent to AHA2 (third increment) pro‐rated, based on the Undertaking as within the Allied Health Professionals, Assistants and Psychologists Enterprise Agreement 2025.

Please note this position is multi‐classed as AHA1, AHA2 or AHA3 and classification will be determined on qualifications, knowledge and experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist Allied Health professionals in delivering therapy and patient care.
* Provide support with patient‐related equipment, ensuring safe and effective use.
* Work under supervision to follow safe work practices and procedures.
* Adapt to a variety of therapeutic activities, including physical therapy, rehabilitation, and health programs.
* Communicate effectively with a diverse range of patients, families, and team members.
What We're Looking For
* AHA1: Eligible to undertake Certificate III in Allied Health Assistance.
* AHA2: Certificate III in Allied Health Assistance (or in progress).
* AHA3: Certificate IV in Allied Health Assistance or equivalent.
* Ability to work in a healthcare environment, under direction and supervision from Allied Health Professionals.
* Strong communication skills, with an aptitude for engaging with culturally diverse individuals.
* Ability to perform physically demanding tasks related to patient therapy and care.
* A commitment to confidentiality and ethical practices in healthcare.
