Purpose-led not for profit organisation are looking for a Senior Digital Project Manager to deliver an end-to-end digital transformation initiative. The role is a 2-year fixed term contract and will require the successful candidate to provide oversight of project deliverables, vendor management, project dependencies and assurance, to ensure that the project is progressing in line with agreed outcomes.
Responsibilities
* Manage the end-to-end delivery of the digital transformation program in line with organisational governance and accountability requirements.
* Coordinate relevant steering committees and decision-making processes, including preparation of briefs, papers, and recommendations.
* Manage implementation program to ensure adherence to requirements documentation, scope, and overall enterprise architecture direction.
* Translate complex technical concepts into clear, decision-focused advice for nontechnical stakeholders.
* Management of vendors across project life-cycle including performance, risk, outcomes and ongoing relationship.
* Identify and proactively manage strategic, delivery, financial, and technical risks across the road-map.
* Escalate risks and issues in a timely manner with clear mitigation strategies.
Required Skills and Experience
* 5 years' experience as a Project Manager with extensive experience in digital or IT-enabled transformation projects.
* Prior experience delivering end-to-end projects for not-for-profit or small to medium sized organisations undertaking a digital transformation agenda.
* Demonstrated delivery of digital and technology domains, including platforms, integration, cloud, data and cyber security.
* Extensive experience managing vendors ensuring that outcomes and milestones are delivered on time and on budget.
* Ability to coordinate delivery across governance, architecture, security, procurement and finance.
* Experience in coordinating complex digital transformation programs, managing inter-dependencies, risks and competing priorities.
