Job Description
* Lead and inspire a team of international travel consultants
* Continue to work hands-on with clients, booking international holidays
* Mentor and coach your team to deliver world-class service and hit sales targets
* Work across a variety of international destinations, no two days will ever be the same
* Drive performance and culture while staying close to the action
* Work appointment only with your clients
Experience Required
* Proven experience in the travel industry, ideally in a Team Leader or Assistant Team Leader role
* Strong international travel consulting experience with a focus on international itineraries
* Confident mentoring and motivating others to achieve individual and team goals
* Passion for all things travel - you live and breathe destinations, customer service, and great experiences
* Commercially minded with a love for sales and client engagement
The Package
* A competitive salary of $75,000 - $85,000 + Super + Uncapped earnings
* Uncapped commission - your earnings are limited only by your ambition
* Fantastic North East Melbourne location
* Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm
* Appointment only clientele
