The Shamrock Hotel, located in the heart of historic Echuca, Vic is currently seeking a fully qualified cook/chef permanent salaried position. The Shamrock Hotel Echuca has been catering to locals and tourist since 1864 and continues to be an industry leader in the Goulburn Valley. In order to be considered for this role, the following requirements have to be met without exception.
- Have minimum 3 years of verifiable post study experience.
- Be capable of working any section in the kitchen; grill, larder pans, pass etc.
- Have experience in modern Australian casual cuisine
- Possess a robust knowledge of food safety and work safe practices
