Our Warabrook Branch is growing, and we're looking for an experienced and organised Planner to join our high‑performing team. In this key role, you'll be the central point of contact for customers, glaziers, and internal teams—ensuring daily jobs are planned efficiently and delivered smoothly.

About the Role
You will play a vital role in coordinating daily operations, supporting both customers and glaziers, and ensuring job schedules run effectively.
Your responsibilities include:
* Planning, scheduling and preparing quotes for daily jobs
* Maintaining accurate and up‑to‑date scheduling records
* Working efficiently in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment
* Communicating clearly with customers, contractors, councils, and the sales team
* Keeping customers informed of any scheduling changes or job updates
About You
You are confident in coordinating trades, managing priorities, and communicating professionally with diverse stakeholders. You take ownership of your work and thrive when balancing multiple tasks.
We're looking for:
* Minimum 3 years' experience in glass or trades scheduling (preferred)
* Strong coordination and customer liaison skills
* Clear, professional communication and phone manner
* Ability to prioritise multiple tasks and adapt to changing workloads
* Experience using Simpro or other scheduling systems (preferred)
