Reach Forklift Operator - Freezer | $35 p/h + Super + Cold Allowance | Clayton South
We're currently seeking an experienced Reach Forklift Operator to join a brand-new cold storage facility in Clayton South. This is a fantastic opportunity to become a foundational member of a growing team in a modern, high-spec warehouse environment.
Location: Clayton South
Pay Rate: $35 per hour + cold storage allowance + super
Cold Allowance: Additional $1.04 per hour spent in the freezer
Shift Options:
7:00am - 3:00pm
8:00am - 4:00pm
Key Requirements:
Minimum 12 months' experience operating Reach forklifts in freezer environments
Competency with Toyota 'Raymond' double deep reach trucks
Proven RF scanning experience
Ability and willingness to work in cold storage conditions with appropriate PPE
Must be available to work through the Christmas period (excluding public holidays)
About the Role:
You'll be joining a newly established team at a state-of-the-art warehouse with long-term opportunities. Your main duties will involve high-reach forklift operations (including double-deep picking), stock movement, and RF scanning within a cold storage environment.
