As a dedicated and experienced customer service professional, you will be the face of our brand, interacting with customers at the rental counter, completing rental bookings, and responding to general inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
* Establishing customer car rental needs by actively listening
* Review in detail ABG's various add on's and services as to determine what may best suit the customer
* Communicate rental procedures and guidelines effectively
* Complete rental bookings in a timely, efficient and accurate manner
* Answering customer questions and inquiries
Our ideal candidate has:
* A full and valid Australian driver's licence
* Availability to work a rotating roster (including weekends, evenings, and public holidays)
* Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales is a plus
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional service
* Comfortable using computer systems to manage bookings and rental information
* Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
