About the Role
The Technical Director will be responsible for providing technical leadership during project delivery, including oversight of mechanical design intent, equipment selection, and installation practices. You will collaborate with bid teams to ensure alignment of mechanical design during tender phases, review technical documentation, refine cost estimates, and develop competitive proposals.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

* Familiarity with digital engineering platforms (such as BIM/Revit)
* Ability to deliver under pressure and manage multiple project phases
