As a Leading Hand Carpenter, you will be responsible for leading others onsite, maintaining productivity and quality.
* Lead others on-site and maintain productivity and quality.
* Plan and run daily tasks according to the programme.
* Set-out and work from plans/specs/orders.
* Coordinate materials, deliveries, and onsite workflow.
* Maintain a safe, tidy site (QA checks).
* Communicate clearly with supervisors, clients, and other trades.
