Your new role
As a People and Culture Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in supporting HR initiatives and ensuring smooth people operations across the business. Key responsibilities include:
* Providing on-site support for HR initiatives and employee relations.
* Assisting with recruitment, onboarding, and associated administrative processes.
* Supporting the review and enhancement of HR policies and procedures.
* Partnering on HR projects and initiatives that drive engagement and performance.
* Leading data cleansing activities in preparation for the transition to a new HRIS system.
This role offers the chance to contribute to meaningful projects while working closely with leaders and employees to strengthen workplace culture.
What you'll need to succeed

* Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trusted relationships.
* Experience in HR operations, recruitment, or employee relations.
