We provide comprehensive therapy services, working closely with the community and various departments. Our Positive Behavior Support Early Intervention service is designed to support individuals under their NDIS plans.

As an Early Intervention Specialist, you will deliver services throughout Perth metro, regional, and remote cities and towns across Western Australia.

The ideal candidate will have a commitment to regular travel, once a month for 5-10 days dependent on caseload, to support remote clients.

Main Responsibilities:

* Conduct indirect and direct assessments, including observations and data collection, to develop behavior support plans and functional behavioral assessments.
">
* Support NDIS participants with disability, their carers, family, and significant others.
">
* Provide training and early support in interventions and strategies outlined in the behavior support plans.
">
* Collaborate with internal and external services to achieve person-centered goals.
">
">
Requirements:
">
">
* A relevant qualification in an Allied Health background or Behavioral Science.
">
* Demonstrated experience working with complex needs and challenging behaviors.
">
* A sound understanding of early intervention support and ability to develop plans and reports based on appropriate assessments.
">
* Ability to work within a multidisciplinary team and lead a team as required.
