Brand Manager (Part Time or flexible hours)

We are seeking an energetic, self-motivated, and driven Brand Manager. A super‑star to join our team - someone excited to make an impact You'll bring a solid understanding of brand market segmentation, costings brand management, growth marketing and campaign performance, combined with strong design skills, creativity and drive. This role is part time, and we are flexible as to hours. We are an Australian owned and family operated Company that imports, manufactures, sources, markets, sells and distributes a diverse range of high quality international and locally branded products to the FMCG, DIY Hardware, Garden and Home Improvement Retail Channels in Australia & New Zealand.

Located in the south‑eastern suburbs, we are close to public transport with free onsite parking. We are a dynamic and diverse business, and we have an exciting opportunity available for a highly experienced Brand Manager to join to join our successful team. We are flexible with hours and this role offers rewards in working with multiple exciting brands that also follow the owners passion to work with more and more environmentally friendly products.

In this role, you'll support the management, coordination, and execution of licensed brand programs across multiple categories, e‑commerce and retail channels. You'll help ensure every product and marketing asset aligns with brand guidelines, meets approval requirements, and is delivered on time - working closely with internal teams, our clients, customers, and external partners.

What You'll Do

* Bring ideas to life — supporting the creation, development, and launch of exciting new products and collections that capture consumer attention.
* Help drive campaign storytelling, assisting in the planning and rollout of brand activity across digital, social, retail, and trade.
* Keep the brand buzzing — coordinating creative approvals, samples to make sure everything looks and feels on brand.
* Work hand‑in‑hand with our external contractors and management team to make product launches happen seamlessly.
* Support day‑to‑day brand operations, including timelines, budgets, and compliance, ensuring projects stay on track and true to the brand vision.
* Stay close to the detail — from tracking samples to checking final artwork — making sure every touchpoint reflects the quality and spirit of our brands.
* Be curious and collaborative — always looking for fresh ideas, trends, and ways to connect with consumers.


What You'll Bring

* A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
* 1–3 years' experience in brand, product, or marketing coordination, ideally in consumer goods, fashion, lifestyle, or licensing.
* A strong sense of style, creativity, and storytelling — with an eye for design and detail.
* Confidence working with multiple stakeholders, agencies, and partners to bring ideas from concept to shelf.
* A proactive, can‑do attitude, comfortable managing priorities in a fast‑moving environment.
* Curiosity for trends, lifestyle culture, and what makes consumers tick.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills — both written and visual.

Job Responsibilities (but not limited to)

* Provide exceptional Customer Service and build relationships with Clients and Suppliers.
* Follow Production Process as outlined.
* Manage and maintain a rolling production timeline and update regularly.
* Review product specifications to ensure quality of product and designs are achievable.
* Work directly with Suppliers to order product, coordinate and deliver manufactured product in a timely manner.


Other Duties/Responsibilities (as required)

* Continually look to improve processes.
* Must be able to work to tight deadlines (when required).


Qualifications

* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team. (Have a laugh)
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Proficiency in Gmail, Word, Excel.
* Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.
* Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
* A solid understanding of manufacturing and quality control.
* Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
* A collaborative, can‑do attitude and love for great brands.
