LEGAL SECRETARY

Applications are invited for the position of Legal Secretary, working with a Partner in our Firm's personal injuries team.
The successful applicant will be involved with digital dictation, managing calls and emails, diary management, liaising with clients and assisting with other secretarial tasks as required.
To be successful in this position you must be enthusiastic and proactive, have exceptional communication skills and the ability to prioritise your varying responsibilities. You will be professionally presented and have a minimum of two (2) years previous secretarial experience.
Experience in personal injuries law is not necessary, but would be highly regarded. Our firm consists of a close-knit team and offers very good working conditions.
We are looking for a person with the following qualities:-
* Knowledge of legal practice management software;
* Proficient in all Microsoft Office Applications;
* Fast and accurate typing speed;
* Ability to work independently and as a team;
* Excellent administration skills;
* Strong organisational and communication skills.
This is a full-time position.
