Client Support Officer – MyPulse Program
As the Client Support Officer, you will provide administrative support for our Ambulance Tasmania and Department of Police, Fire and Emergency Management's Health and Wellbeing Program, MyPulse. The program empowers employees and volunteers to enact positive changes to their health and wellbeing. Reporting to the Manager Early Intervention, this part‐time role offers exposure to various aspects of the business and our customers, while playing a pivotal part in delivering meaningful initiatives to the community.
How You'll Make an Impact
* Administer the MyPulse content management system, including data maintenance and reporting, inbox monitoring, enquiries handling, invoice processing and appointment scheduling.
* Provide professional, customer‐focused service, handling sensitive matters confidentially, diplomatically and professionally across a broad range of stakeholders.
* Undertake contract administration, risk and action registers, meeting and audit administration.
* Book venues, organise catering, coordinate presenters, organise resources, support presentation preparation and source merchandise.
* Arrange strategic management meetings, including agenda preparation and minutes.
* Process invoices and expenses, including staff regional travel, catering and supplies.
About You
* Previous experience in an administrative support or similar role.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerBI, with the ability to analyse and manipulate data effectively.
* Strong customer service skills.
* Exceptional time management and organisational skills.
* Highly developed communication skills, able to engage and influence at all levels of the organisation.
* A strategic mindset and approach to work.
* A strong sense of teamwork and collaboration.
* Resilient and flexible, able to work in a dynamic and fast‐paced environment.
