About the role 
We are currently seeking reliable and compassionate disability support workers to provide care and assistance to a 40 year old male with a traumatic brain injury, this care will help him live independently at home with his family.

Duties include but not limited too 
- Personal care 
- Medication administration 
- Peg feeding 
- Assistance with Allied health tasks 
- Continence management 
- Manual handling
- Domestic assistance 
- Documentation and reporting 
You will be supported by qualified healthcare professionals and would get the necessary training and skills to do the best job you can. 
Shift times daily: 
- Day shift 5.45am to 1pm -this shift is attended with 2 workers
- Evening shift 12.45am to 9pm 
- Night shift 8.30pm to 6am (active night) 
Requirements: 
- Applicants must have valuable English speaking skills, be clear and easily understood 
- Previous care experience essential 
- Current references 
- Mobile phone 
- Current driver's licence and your own car (mandatory) 
- NDIS workers screening check or willing to obtain (mandatory) 
- First Aid certificate or willing to obtain (mandatory)
- Paid WWCC (Working with Children's check) or willing to obtain
- Passionate about caring and committed to client wellbeing
