Teaching Role
The teaching role involves planning, preparation and execution of educational programs to achieve specific student outcomes.
* Holding the necessary knowledge and pedagogical practice to cater to diverse needs of all students
* Maintaining exemplary classroom practices and mentoring/coaching other teachers in the institution
Key Responsibilities:
This role entails developing lesson plans that align with curriculum standards. Teachers are responsible for delivering engaging lessons that meet the learning objectives set by the school.
The teacher's main goal is to create a supportive learning environment where every student feels valued and empowered to learn.
1. To identify areas where students need extra help or enrichment opportunities.
2. Using a variety of instructional strategies such as visual aids, hands-on activities, group discussions etc.,
The teacher will work closely with colleagues from different departments like mathematics, science & language arts.
Pupil progress tracking would also be monitored through regular assessments. In doing so,planning professional development sessions would allow staff members time for peer feedback which boosts overall quality service delivery!
