ROLE OVERVIEW
The Marketing & Communications Lead is responsible for shaping, executing, and optimising Honey For Life's brand presence across all channels. This role owns the full communications mix — brand storytelling, creative direction, social media, PR, ambassador management, content production, and campaign delivery — ensuring the brand continues to grow in influence, visibility, and commercial impact.
This role works closely with our key stakeholders across the business — including Creative Director, Sales (domestic & international), Online Manager, Operations, Leadership and external partners — to ensure brand activity aligns with commercial priorities and strategic objectives.
This is a newly created role with room to grow, offering the opportunity to take ownership, drive high-impact initiatives, and contribute meaningfully to the next phase of Honey For Life's brand evolution.
Strong visual and graphic capability is essential. Honey For Life is a design-led brand — excellence in layout, visual consistency, and creative execution across all assets is critical.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic Marketing & Campaign Delivery
• Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, PR, email, retail, trade and experiential environments.
• Align campaign planning with domestic and international sales priorities to support commercial growth.
• Manage campaign timelines, creative briefs, asset production, approvals, and rollout sequencing.
• Ensure all creative output reflects brand standards and premium positioning.
• Analyse campaign performance and provide clear optimisation recommendations.
Creative & Graphic Execution
• Create high-quality online and offline marketing assets including social graphics, EDMs, POS, presentations, trade collateral, packaging support materials and paid digital assets.
• Use Photoshop, InDesign and related tools to design on-brand, premium visual materials.
• Brief and direct photographers, videographers and content creators; support on-shoot creative direction.
• Maintain visual consistency and elevate overall brand presentation across all touchpoints.
Ambassador & Talent Management
• Coordinate all talent and ambassador activity.
• Manage deliverables, scheduling, product integration, approvals and content usage rights.
• Work closely with talent and their teams to ensure campaigns are executed professionally and on brand.
• Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with ambassadors and partners.
Public relations
• Develop and execute PR strategies aligned with brand and commercial priorities.
• Draft press releases, media notes, brand bios and talking points.
• Manage media outreach and maintain relationships with key journalists and publications.
• Support issue or crisis communications where required.
Content & Social Media Management
• Own end-to-end social strategy across Instagram and other platforms.
• Manage the content calendar, daily posting and community engagement.
• Develop paid digital creative assets aligned with campaign goals.
• Improve content quality, brand consistency and engagement metrics.
• Analyse performance insights and adjust direction accordingly.
Sales and Stakeholder Management
• Empower the domestic and international sales teams with marketing collateral that drives conversion and supports retail partners.
• Work closely with sales to strengthen relationships with key accounts and company partnerships.
• Ensure marketing initiatives directly support revenue objectives and market expansion plans.
Events &Activations
• Support planning and execution of launches, brand activations, trade shows, press events and partner engagements.
• Ensure high-quality on-ground representation of the Honey For Life brand.

Experience
• 2–4+ years' experience in marketing, communications, PR or related roles
• Experience in lifestyle,, FMCG or premium consumer brands preferred
• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Design or related field advantageous
