As a Senior Product Manager, Transformation, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering the BOQ Retail Bank’s transformation program. You’ll lead major workstreams across customer migration and product simplification, shaping end‑to‑end customer and colleague experiences, coordinating readiness across channels, and strengthening product risk and control frameworks. You’ll act as the critical connector between business and technology teams - translating issues, driving clarity, supporting problem‑solving, and presenting recommendations that influence senior leaders. This role suits someone who thrives in ambiguity, collaborates effectively, and enjoys delivering meaningful, customer‑focused change. About You You are highly organised, an excellent communicator, and adept at building strong relationships across varied stakeholder groups. You’re comfortable working through ambiguity, solving complex problems with both logic and creativity, and influencing outcomes in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment. You take initiative, work proactively, and bring a strong sense of ownership to every workstream you lead.
