Learning Development Officer
We are seeking an experienced Learning Development officer to maintain the integrity of our learning systems and support staff in professional development opportunities.
The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining training data, scheduling courses, generating reports, managing emails, and setting up filing systems aligned with audit requirements. They will also be responsible for creating and maintaining ILT modules and certificates in Litmos.
This position requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent computer skills and strong attention to detail. The ideal candidate will be a fast learner, a team player, and have excellent communication skills.
* LMS administration experience (preferably Litmos).
* Email management and categorisation skills.
* Experience with compliance-aligned filing systems.
* Familiarity with training record management and module creation.

Key Responsibilities
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all training activities and participant progress.
* Ensure that all reporting requirements are met, including regular updates on course participation and completion rates.
* Develop and implement strategies for improving the quality and effectiveness of our training programs.
* Collaborate with other teams to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
* Provide support to staff members who require assistance with technology or training-related issues.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A strong background in Learning Management Systems (LMS) administration, preferably with experience in Litmos.
* Excellent email management and categorisation skills.
* Experience working with compliance-aligned filing systems.
* Familiarity with training record management and module creation.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
