* Support participants with disability to prepare for, find, and maintain sustainable employment.
* Help participants recognise strengths, overcome obstacles, and transition into new employment with confidence.
* Provide creative solutions to overcome employment challenges, ensuring participants have tools and support for success.
* Advocate for inclusive hiring practices and workplace adjustments.
* Celebrate successful placements and milestones with participants.
* Build and maintain partnerships with companies committed to diversity and inclusion.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Eligibility to work in Australia.
* Current driver's licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle.
* MyGovID (Standard level).
* Willingness to complete a National Police Check.
* Able to pass a Working with Children Check.
* Availability to work full‐time Monday to Friday, 8:30am‐5:00pm.
