Business Development Manager, Safety Solutions
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth across the Australasia region. This role will play a key part in accelerating exposure and adoption of our safety solutions, leveraging industry networks and regional strategies to identify, nurture, and close opportunities.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of selling complex technology or safety solutions into industrial or mining environments. They will be responsible for delivering on the safety solutions commercial strategy for the Australasia region – with a primary focus on fatigue management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive and deliver annual sales, revenue, and pipeline growth targets with a strong focus on Australia/NZ, Central Asia, and Southeast Asia.
* Develop strategies to maximize market adoption in priority regions.
* Build and utilize CRM and pipeline schedule where accurate forecasts are maintained and reported.
* Establish and maintain strong, trusting relationships with key clients, industry bodies, and internal stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Mining, Engineering, Safety, or equivalent professional experience.
* 5+ years of sales experience within mining and metallurgy or similar asset-heavy industries, services, or technology industries.
* Proven track record of selling complex technology or safety solutions into industrial or mining environments.
