Who We Are
Doomadgee State School is a Prep to Year 10 school located in the remote Aboriginal community of Doomadgee, in northwest Queensland.
The school provides a supportive and culturally inclusive learning workplace that values community, language, and culture while helping students build strong academic and life skills.
Staff work closely with families and community members to create positive learning experiences that prepare students for further education, training, and future employment.
Step Into Your Next Chapter
Contribute to the efficient and effective operation and workplace of the site by providing a high level of cleaning support. Ensure that the duties prescribed for the position are completed to an acceptable standard as determined by their supervisor, in accordance with the approved school cleaning program.
Identify barriers to young people achieving outcomes and referral to appropriate support services.
Maintain records of student contact on a daily basis.
