About the role
Reporting to our Supply Chain Manager, this opportunitywill see the successful candidate responsible for data entry, purchasing and inventory functions as well as ad-hoc support to the accounts payable team.
Duties to include, however not limited to;
Purchase order receipt corrections
Preparation of Purchase orders
Monthly Stock Counts
File all invoice/supplier documents
Administrative support andprocessing of stock take for end of month
Liaising with internal & external stakeholders
2+years experience in a similar role
Intermediate skills with Microsoft office suite, primarily Excel
High level of data entry accuracy & strong attention to detail
Experience with (Enterprise Resource Planning) ERP systems such as GP Dynamics, SAP and Oracle highly desirable, but not essential
Ability to work to deadlines
Problem solving and reconciliation skills
Friendly and helpful communication style
