We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Support Rep to join our Supply Chain team on a full-time permanent basis. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager.
About the Role
* Provides timely support to customers and dealers via email and phone in relation to price and
* Provides first level technical support to customers or redirects to the appropriate technical staff.
* Enters daily orders in an accurate and timely manner into the ERP (EPICOR).
* Assist with monitoring back orders to ensure they are released in a timely manner.
* Actively involved in resolving customer issues and complaints.
* Processes credit claims for retailers and enter RMAs into the ERP.
* Assists customers/dealers and end users with courier tracking and consignment queries.
* Assists with general reception duties as required.
* Refers account application enquiries to the Credit department.
* Undertakes training in accordance with development and compliance programs.
* Any other duties as directed.
About You
* 3+ years of practical industry experience in customer service role or similar
* Outbound sales experience an advantage.
* Knowledge of CB communications and maritime safety equipment or MATV is an advantage
* Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment and get along with work colleagues.
* Organised and detail-oriented, able to meet deadlines.
* Proficient in using MS office products and ERP systems such as EPICOR
