Role Summary
This is a Specialty Urology opportunity that involves delivering high-quality patient care at Lismore Base Hospital and other relevant facilities.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Specialist Urologist with the ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team and provide leadership.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide comprehensive Specialist Urology services to achieve optimal patient outcomes and community health.
* Lead clinically, participate in quality improvement activities, and provide training and education to clinicians across multiple disciplines.
Requirements
* Eligibility for registration with the Medical Board of Australia as a Specialist Urologist.
* Demonstrated recent clinical experience in Urology Surgery at the service role delineation.
* Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team and provide leadership.
* Demonstrated effective clinical communication through IT and written, verbal, interpersonal skills.
* Demonstrated commitment to teaching, continuing education, research, and quality improvement.
* Availability to participate in an on-call roster and respond on site within a reasonable time.
