About the Role
This position oversees daily operations and strategic development of a program, working with regional coordinators to identify service improvements. It also involves creating positive relationships with schools, families, and local community groups, as well as managing a team of educators to operate a high-quality out-of-school hours care (OSHC) program.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage daily operations and develop strategic plans for the OSHC program
* Work collaboratively with regional OSHC coordinators to identify opportunities for service improvement
* Foster strong relationships with schools, families, and local community groups to ensure a positive experience for children
* Lead a team of educators to deliver high-quality OSHC services
Requirements:
* Diploma or tertiary qualification in a relevant field (ACECQA approved)
* Current First Aid certification in an Education and Care Setting
* Valid Victorian Working with Children's Check
* Food Safety Supervisor certificate within one month of employment
