UGL Defence recently commenced the Asset Management, Operations and Maintenance contract for the Defence Fuels network.We are recruiting a Senior Performance Analyst, to join our business in what is an exciting and unique opportunity to work in the Australia Defence environment to support the national security requirements of the Nation.
The Opportunity
Reporting to the Contract Performance Manager, the Senior Performance Analyst will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining the ongoing Performance Management Framework for UGL's Defence Fuels Contract
Key responsibilities:
- Management of Performance Management Framework (PMF) and associated performance reporting for the Fuel Network Contract (FNC)
- Coordination of routine Contract Status Reporting (CSR) and Accounting including results analysis and data analytics to driver performance outcomes for the Defence Fuels Network.
- Leadership of the Contract Document Controller and Admin Analysis of data and provide reports on trends, patterns and key insights relevant to the project
- Work closely with Document Management System (DMS) owner, to ensure quality and compliance of all document control for Contract Data Items.
- Provide support to the Contract Leadership team in improving reporting dashboards using tools such as Power BI, data bases etc.

- Proven experience working in a similar commercially complex environment; Defence or other government agency is preferred
- Strong knowledge of Performance Management Frameworks and KPI analytics, trending and reporting
- Ability to understand and synthesise complex information and effectively engage and communicate with internal and customer stakeholders
- Established experience working with PowerBI/Tableau to present data in various forums
- Currently hold, or ability to obtain relevant security clearances
