Role Description:
Ramsay Clinic Rockhampton's dedicated team provides mental health care services to support our 20 bed Mental Health Ward. As a Psychologist, you will be working in a direct role delivering integrated psychological interventions to patients in both the inpatient ward and outpatient day program.
Our ideal candidate has strong skills in evidence-based treatment strategies and is capable of participating in clinical decisions around treatment planning, assessment, and risk management. They will also plan and facilitate mental health group programs for inpatients and outpatients.
Key responsibilities include:
* Delivering comprehensive psychology services
* Developing and implementing treatment plans
* Participating in multidisciplinary team meetings
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you should have:
* A current unrestricted registration with APHRA as a Psychologist
* Minimum 3-5 years' post graduate experience
* A strong interest and expertise in adult mental health
* Ability to work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team
* Experience with delivering psychological therapies at a clinical level
* Postgraduate qualifications in Clinical Psychology (highly desirable)
