Your next career opportunity: In this role, you will lead strategic initiatives that strengthen interdisciplinary and external research collaboration across the University. You will work closely with senior leaders and diverse partners, shaping policies and programmes that deliver real-world impact. What you will deliver: Provide high-quality strategic advice and briefings to senior leaders on research collaboration opportunities and priorities. Lead and support the design, implementation and evaluation of key research collaboration initiatives and programmes across the University. Coordinate the preparation of reports, submissions and presentations for executive, governance bodies and government stakeholders. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners to advance shared research goals. Contribute to an inclusive, collaborative Chancellery culture and support continuous improvement of research strategy processes. You may be a great fit if you: Hold a postgraduate qualification or bring extensive experience in research policy or strategy within complex organisations. Demonstrate advanced project management capability designing, implementing and evaluating strategic initiatives and programmes. Excel at analysing complex information, synthesising insights and producing clear, high-quality reports and briefings. Build effective relationships and influence diverse academic, professional and external stakeholders to achieve shared outcomes. Manage multiple priorities with strong organisational skills, attention to detail and minimal supervision. Communicate with confidence, providing nuanced advice on research collaboration and interdisciplinary initiatives to senior leaders. What we offer you!
