We're looking for a hands-on and experienced General Manager to lead our team and oversee all aspects of business operations, finance, and growth across retail, wholesale, and eCommerce channels.

About the Role
As General Manager, you'll be responsible for driving the strategic direction and daily performance of Sunday Supply Co. — ensuring our operations, financial management, and brand execution run seamlessly. You'll lead our small, passionate team, oversee all departments, and work closely with the Directors to guide the brand through its next stage of growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Business Operations
* Oversee and manage all departments — including Operations, Finance, Wholesale, and Customer Service
* Lead and mentor a high-performing team to achieve business objectives and maintain brand standards
* Streamline systems and processes across global warehouses, logistics, and internal teams
* Manage global supply chain operations — inbound freight, warehouse integrations, and outbound shipping
* Ensure accurate pricing, margin management, and promotional strategies across all sales channels
* Oversee product setup and master data management across CIN-7, Shopify, and internal systems
* Integrate new tools, platforms, and workflows to improve efficiency across teams
* Maintain day-to-day operational flow and resolve issues quickly and effectively
Finance & Administration
* Oversee company budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting in collaboration with Directors and accountants
* Manage business performance metrics — reviewing margins, COGS, and profitability targets
* Approve and monitor supplier invoices, payments, and expense tracking
* Oversee wholesale invoicing, payments, and reconciliations through CIN-7 and Xero
* Manage staff payroll, contracts, and HR documentation
* Support recruitment, onboarding, and team culture initiatives
Merchandise Planning & Buying
* Lead seasonal product planning and range rollouts in line with margin and growth goals
* Oversee pricing structures, RRP, and wholesale rates
* Manage purchase orders and production timelines with manufacturers
* Monitor incoming stock, SKUs, and inventory performance across global locations
Wholesale & Sales
* Drive wholesale growth by nurturing existing partnerships and identifying new opportunities
* Review and approve wholesale pricing and catalogues
* Manage wholesale orders, production planning, and dispatch timelines
* Ensure wholesale freight and invoicing processes run efficiently

About You
You're a confident, strategic operator who thrives on leading teams and running all facets of a growing brand. You combine big-picture business insight with the ability to manage detail — from finance to freight. You're adaptable, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced, design-led environment.
You'll bring:
* 5+ years experience in operations, general management, or senior leadership (eCommerce or retail preferred)
* Strong financial management and commercial acumen
* Proven experience leading teams and driving business performance
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills
* Proficiency with CIN-7, Shopify, Xero, and Excel/Sheets
* A positive, hands-on attitude and a love for growing lifestyle brands
