About the Role
Key responsibilities of this role include:
* Carry out overhaul, repairs and maintenance of earthmoving, construction, mining and agricultural components
* Troubleshoot and test components, engine transmissions, fuel system
* Ensure appropriate Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) are applied at all times
* Comply with all company safety, health & environment procedures
* Provide quality customer service
* Ensure that the surrounding work area is clean and safe
About You
* Fully qualified Diesel Technician with experience
* Strong commitment to safety, health and environment procedures
* Familiarity with Caterpillar machinery and computer diagnostics (highly desirable)
* Working knowledge of Caterpillar parts and service systems (desirable, other heavy diesel machinery experience considered)
