The position we are hiring for is that of a House Supervisor, responsible for overseeing the daily care of clients in a residential care unit.
The ideal candidate will have relevant qualifications and experience in working with children and young people, particularly those with complex needs. They will possess strong leadership skills and be able to supervise and support a team of residential care workers.
This role involves developing and implementing behavioural management programs for children and adolescents with challenging behaviours.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Providing individualized support to clients to achieve their goals and improve their well-being.
2. Supervising and mentoring residential care workers to ensure high-quality care is delivered.
3. Developing and implementing programs to address client's social, emotional, and behavioral difficulties.
