Centre Director (Full-Time)

We are seeking an experienced and confident Centre Director to lead a well-established early learning centre with a strong community presence. This is an excellent opportunity for a proven leader who thrives in a hands‑on, supportive environment.

About the Role
As Centre Director, you will be responsible for the overall leadership and day‑to‑day operations of the centre. You will drive team performance, maintain compliance, and ensure a high‑quality educational environment for children, families, and staff.
This is a full‑time position with flexibility to work across 4–5 days per week, including the option to work from home one day per week.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, mentor, and manage a team of up to 13 educators
* Oversee daily centre operations, compliance, and quality standards
* Build strong relationships with families and the local community
* Maintain high occupancy and support ongoing enrolments
* Foster a positive, collaborative, and professional team culture
About You
* Diploma in Early Childhood Education or ECT qualification
* At least 2 years’ experience as a Centre Director (essential)
* Proven leadership and team management experience
* Solid understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements
* Confident, organised, and passionate about early childhood education
