Stock Manager (Dual Location) – PRADA Chadstone / Crown Casino
Our Prada Chadstone boutique is looking for an experienced Full Time Stock Manager to run the end-to-end back of house operations. Based in Chadstone, you will also support the Crown boutique in store once per week, and remotely where needed.
Your typical duties will include:
- Organise and monitor all stock levels
- Manage weekly cycle counts, and bi-annual stock-takes
- Stock movements including international shipments, gifting, store transfers, internal usage, and ensuring everything is accounted for
- Maintain all product repairs in the system
- Oversee ecommerce activities including sales, shipments, returns and KPI deliverables
- Maintenance of the stock room in line with Company standards and OH&S; regulations
- Ensure the utmost care of all products within the stockroom
To succeed in this role, you:
- Will have come from a back of house/warehouse role with strong knowledge in retail operations, back of house administration and stock control. Previous Supervisory experience necessary
- Will be system-savvy and comfortable working with excel and SAP (or similar program)
- Will be energetic and agile, quick on your feet and always up for a challenge
- Pride yourself on your exceptional organizational and time management skills
