About the opportunity
Join our high‐performing Group Performance & Corporate FP&A team. We deliver accurate, timely and insightful management performance reporting to senior stakeholders, including the Shareholder, Board and Leadership Team. This role supports the coordination and preparation of high‐quality reporting and contributes to consistent Business Unit forecasting and planning in partnership with the Corporate Centre business partnering team.
Reporting to the 'Manager of Group Performance & Corporate FP&A', this 12‐month fixed‐term opportunity offers the chance to influence key decisions and contribute to meaningful organisational outcomes. We are seeking a motivated professional with strong financial and commercial acumen, advanced Excel capability and an analytical, curious approach to problem‐solving.
What you'll deliver with us
* Preparing and reviewing management reporting deliverables to ensure clarity, accuracy and relevance
* Leading analysis of key business performance drivers to support informed decision‐making
* Working as part of a team responsible for all aspects of Group‐level performance reporting to senior stakeholders, including the Shareholder, Board and Leadership Team
* Providing ad‐hoc, value‐adding financial insights and analysis to senior finance stakeholders
* Coordinating across multiple stakeholders — including BU Heads of Finance, FP&A Finance Managers and Business Unit finance teams — to gather commercial insights on trading performance
* Supporting continuous improvement of reporting processes and the team's analytical capabilities
* Supporting the broader Group Planning, Performance & Systems team on finance transformation initiatives
About you
You bring strong financial, analytical, and problem‐solving skills, with the ability to sift and interpret data from diverse sources and translate it into clear, actionable insights. You can identify and articulate key business drivers while delivering accurate, concise financial analysis to support informed decision‐making.
You'll also need
* Minimum of 3 years' experience in finance, with strong financial, analytical, and problem‐solving skills
* Relevant bachelor's degree in a finance‐related discipline, plus membership with a recognised accounting body (CA or CPA)
* Demonstrated high-level financial, analytical, and commercial/financial acumen
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel including working with large data sets, and knowledge of the use of TM1 and SAP (but not essential)
