Key Responsibilities:
Oversee receiving, processing, and dispatch of floral products.
Ensure stock accuracy, freshness, and high merchandising standards.
Manage logistics and order fulfilment.
Lead, train, and develop a high-performing team.
Foster a positive, collaborative, and safe work environment.
Conduct performance reviews and support staff development.
Ensure compliance with ISO, HACCP, SQF, HARPS, CoR, and WHS standards.
What You'll Bring
Proven experience in sales and warehouse operations.
Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams.
Excellent communication, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of WHS, compliance, and injury management.
Floristry experience or qualifications are an asset.
