Our federal government client is current seeking an AI Business Analyst, where you will play a crucial role in driving the development of AI-enabled services. This position will empower you to bridge the gap between business challenges and technology solutions, ensuring that AI features are not only effective but also ethical, transparent, and compliant with regulatory standards.
Your duties will include:
- Elicit, analyze, and document business, data, and AI requirements, translating them into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Define non-functional requirements specific to AI, including transparency, safety, and security.
- Map processes to assess AI vs. rules-based decision-making and detail human oversight levels.
- Collaborate on the design of evaluation frameworks for AI features, monitoring performance and fairness over time.
- Facilitate workshops and lead backlog refinement sessions to drive project progression.
- Develop comprehensive acceptance criteria and test cases for AI/ML features.
Skills and experience we are looking for:
- Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst in agile teams.
- Proven experience with AI-enabled products and familiarity with the Microsoft Stack from discovery to delivery
- Proven ability to write testable user stories, including metrics and evaluation criteria.
- Working knowledge of responsible and secure AI, including privacy and bias mitigation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills across diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in Azure DevOps and experience with collaborative tools like Miro.
