Coordinate remote catering teams to deliver consistent, high‐quality food service and uphold a strong and collaborative safety culture.
Qualifications
* Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent qualification)
* Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (valid within the last 5 years)
* First Aid and CPR Certificate
* Previous experience in mass‐catering environments (volume cooking) – essential
* Previous FIFO Chef or Sous Chef experience – highly desired but not essential
* Excellent knowledge of HACCP
* Australian Citizenship or full working rights in Australia
* Ready to obtain a National Police Check, if not issued within the last 6 months
