**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Diagnose and repair various mobile phone issues including screens, batteries, charging ports, cameras, speakers, and more.
- Perform software troubleshooting including operating system installation, updates, and configuration.
- Handle data backup and recovery operations.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts used, and customer interactions.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workbench and tools.
- Stay updated with the latest mobile technology and repair techniques.
- Provide technical support and advice to customers in person or over the phone.
- Ensure quality control and thorough testing of all repaired devices.
- Adhere to safety and ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) procedures at all times.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a phone technician or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of mobile phone hardware and software systems.
- Skilled in using precision repair tools and diagnostic software.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Apple Certified Technician) are a plus.
