Are you an experienced supervisor or duty manager looking for better work life balance? Or an experienced and confident Cafe Assistant ready to step up?
We're offering an exciting opportunity to join our team at Miami Bakehouse with a variety of shifts across multiple cafe locations in the Mandurah/Peel area. We operate 7 days a week, with shifts available between 5am and 8pm. Rosters are set on a three-week cycle, offering both visibility and variety. Shifts may include weekends and public holidays as required.
Responsibilities
In this role, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of a busy cafe while leading and supporting a friendly, motivated team. No two days are the same. You'll enjoy the energy of a fast-paced environment, keeping service running smoothly while working alongside your team on a variety of tasks throughout the shift.
About You
You have a genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service and enjoy leading by example in a busy cafe environment. You're a calm and confident leader who brings energy, motivation and a positive attitude to every shift. You thrive in a hands on role, staying active throughout the day while working alongside your team to keep service running smoothly. A valid driver's license is also required.
