We are currently seeking permanent part-time Home Care Workers - Aged Care, to support our aged and elderly clients in their personal homes across the Western Suburbs, including Carole Park, Redbank Plains, Ripley, Ipswich, and surrounding areas .
Supporting our clients to age well and enjoy life from the comfort of home involves assisting with daily activities, whether it's helping around the house and garden or supporting community engagement.
What We Offer
* Base pay rate of $32.67 (for Cert III qualified) plus penalties and loadings.
* 12% superannuation, higher than the statutory 11.5%.
* Salary packaging options up to $18,550 p.a., covering living expenses and bills, including up to $15,900 for general expenses and $2,650 for meal entertainment.

Role Overview
* Assist clients in their homes with domestic tasks, cleaning, social visits, transportation, personal care, errands, and meal preparation.
* Use your own vehicle to transport clients to community outings.
Requirements
* Industry-relevant Certificate III or higher qualification (desirable but not essential).
* Completed industry placement hours or paid experience as a Care Worker, Support Worker, or in Nursing, or at least 3 months paid experience in cleaning.
* Australian working rights.
* Valid Australian Driver's License.
* Qld Motor Vehicle Registration.
* First Aid and CPR Statements of Attainment.
* Willingness to apply for NDIS Worker Screening Check, Blue Card, and Criminal History Screening.
